  • Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase ?
    • No, You do not need to have an account to make a purchase. Please note that if you want to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than the billing address for your order, you will need to include that address in the “Order Notes” Field under Additional Information on the Checkout page.

  • How can I check the status of my order?
    • Book orders are shipped within 7 working days. If you have any questions about your order, please send us an email from our contact form and someone will reply right away. We strive to answer all emails with in the same or next business day.

  • How can I cancel or change my order?
    • If you have placed a book order and wish to cancel or change your order, please let us know by email the same business day and we can help you with your request.

  • Do you offer discounts?
    • Yes, we offer special discounts on orders of 10 or more of Randall Wright’s books. Please email us at sales@randallwrightbooks.com with which books you wish to purchase and the quantity, and we will send you back an reply with our special pricing offers.
